Apart from the driver, a second person, a drug dealer, was in the vehicle.
She reportedly told the driver in Spanish that she was kicked out of a house for drug use.
The man told police he took her to Tempe, where she said she wanted to get tickets to a concert
The girl changed her mind and asked the man if he could get her drugs and he did.
Along the way, the female used cocaine and began to have a seizure and her body was left behind a strip mall.
The driver told the drug dealer to call police, but the body was not discovered until the next morning at 5:40 a.m.
