Joseph has a recent injury from a gunshot wound to the thigh.
Joseph has a history of mental health issues
CIRCUMSTANCES
Joseph was last seen leaving home around 12 noon on April 24, 2020.
At approximately 10 pm on the same night, Joseph’s 2019 Nissan Rogue was pulled over for a non-working rear lamp in the Hawkins Rd area of Chesterfield County, South Carolina.
The individual driving the vehicle jumped out and fled on foot. The passenger in the vehicle stated it was Joseph that was driving the vehicle and that it was Joseph who had jumped out and fled on foot. However, Joseph had suffered a gunshot wound to his thigh on the day prior to his disappearance. He was not able to run - he could not even walk without crutches.
The individual that was driving and fled on foot was alleged to have dropped a weapon. It is unknown who the weapon belongs to.
