After his release, it is alleged that Philip walked to the towing company where his vehicle was being stored after being impounded.

Philip had not had any contact with his family, and the family only learned that he had been arrested after seaching the internet.
On May 27th, 2017, Philp’s mother and step-father reported him as a missing person.
The only known cellphone number for him shows his last location in the Louisville, Kentucky area headed in south direction.
Philip’s phone service was disconnected due to non-payment on May 6th, 2016.
According to Indiana State Police, and Philip’s family, Philip Keeling is still missing.
